What is I’m Freee?
I’m Freee is a real-time marketplace for local providers who are available to help right now, including plumbers, electricians, hairdressers and dog walkers.
Is it live yet?
We’re in final testing and onboarding our first customers and providers by hand. Join the waitlist and we’ll be in touch to set you up as we roll out in your area.
How much does it cost?
It’s free for customers to find and contact available providers. Providers pay a flat £10/month to be listed and get found.
Do I need an account to find a provider?
No. You can browse and connect as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you keep your conversations across devices.
Where is I’m Freee available?
We’re rolling out across the UK. Coverage depends on how many providers are active in your area, and it’s growing all the time.
How do providers get found?
Providers go live when they’re free and appear in nearby customer searches in real time, ranked by distance. You can go live on the spot, or plan your free periods in the diary and get a nudge to go live when each one starts. Switch off and you drop out of search.
How do I become a provider?
Join the waitlist and choose “Offer my services”. Tell us a bit about yourself and we’ll be in touch to help you get set up.
How do customers and providers communicate?
Through in-app chat. You can agree the job, timing and details directly, without sharing personal contact details up front.
